Yes, the servos return to
Yes, the servos return to center position on power-up. Remind which switching regulator you settled on. How many diodes, 4? Also it would be interesting to know how many amps he’s pulling when all servos are active (moving slider back and forth). Can you put an ammeter on the battery (+) for that test? You must feel very good right now with where he’s at.
I got this one from local hobby store.
I was too exciting for the solution and couldn't wait for shipping so I just grab this one from local which cost higher like $36 bucks and order another 2 online(http://www.radicalrc.com/category/Voltage-Regulators-86, the first one on the list). I didn't use any diodes here since the voltage drop to 5.8V already. About the amp, I will try later.
IK programming
Hi!
Nice progress on your last video!
I’m no expert, but I might be able to help you with IK programming, as I’ve recently done some. My hexapod control code is available here: demo_hexapod.c it’s implemented in C with fixed point arithmetic but the math are still valid. I might do an article on IK if I find some time to write it
I have follow your progress,
I have follow your progress, very well done. Those mini servos works well to carry such weight on your hexapod. I need to study some math to understand the code from basic. That would be great if someone like you could show us or guide us for such topic. I found some articles such as this but the basic math still a problem to me. Sigh*~~
excellent work1!!!love raw

have you plan set up RC control and FPV module?
**Hi **
What is FPV? Yeah, I am gonna build a custom RC controller for everything. How’s your snake coming?
it is a wireless video system
fpv=first person view
the snake control board was in progress.
