Powering CMUcam3

Hello,
I just bought a CMUcam3 from robotshop. However, I am not sure how should I power it up. I read in the manual that I can use 4 batteries in series. Can I get a battery connector from somewhere?
Secondly, my computer does not have a RS232 port, how do I connect the serial connector in such situations

In order to power the CMU cam, you can use any DC power source between 6V and 15V. You will find various power systems including battery holders and DC wall adapters here: robotshop.com/power-systems.html

Ans for the communication, you will need to use a USB to RS232 adapter.
