Hi building a 20kilo tank with 2 80w motors 24v batt going to use your sabretooth 60a motor driver with the kangaroo controller told i can use a heng long TK7.1 for sound lights etc will need a step down converter for this from 24v to 11.1v but need signal converters to translate TK7.1 outputs to Pwm encoders need to be quadrature with A+B channels and between 100-1000 pulces per revolotion, hollow bore encoders 10mm bore

You should probably stop trying to link the TK7.1 to the Kangaroo controller—they operate on two completely different systems and are not compatible for signal translation. Instead, run your drive system independently using the Kangaroo/Sabertooth closed-loop setup, and power the TK7.1 separately via a 24V-to-11.1V buck converter to handle your sound and lights.
