I just put together a new Tutorial on Bit Banging and Boolean Math.
The tutorial is called:
Tutorial – Bit Banging and Boolean Math without the Math
It is located at my blog:

Please enjoy, I wrote this as a starting point for the beginner, but the No Math approach can assist the experienced micro-controller programmer as well.
Thanks
Joe
Well if its a tip/walkthrough/tutorial…
…why post it here in the forums? Forums are for asking questions. You’d be better of reposting it here- https://www.robotshop.com/letsmakerobots/node/add/robot-tip and deleting this thread.
No offence about your achievement and I also like a no maths approach to my programming but this isn’t logically right to post a tutorial in a forum and I like to be logically correct…

Let me chime in with a different view point.
- He wrote a tutorial and bothered to share it with us: How awesome!
- His post contains some minor inaccuracies: OK. Let’s politely identify that so he can improve it.
- His post name is not well named: See point two above.
- His tutorial is located on his own blog: Um. So what? That’s hardly a first.
I hardly think he deserves to be called a spammer. Lighten up, people!
I agree with the comments about the post’s name and relocating this post as a web link. Or if he would like to recreated his post on LMR, under tips.
