Need help with Prop again

So I am back again needing help. This time my prop is not responding. I have the programming right, the wiring is good.
The problem is with the Prop itself.

So, let me explain, I color categorized the wires for voltage and ground. V+ is red, GND is black. To keep all the big wires
from getting in the way, I shortened and striped the edges to make them smaller, with my new wire clipper and striper.

After this, I started the second lab, I was doing good, then I hit a snag. I compiled my latest program, It said scanning Com 3.
That isnt unusuall. It always does that, then it runs the program. This time it scanned Com 3-5! I tried again
today, It scanned Com 3-7! Now, the wiring is right, it isnt the programming, the usb is plugged in, the battery is connected.
Usually when the usb or battery arnt in it does that, but they both are in. The Power Led is on also.
So I can't figure out what is wrong. I understand Im not the first one to have this problem, so I thought someone should know.

Here is a pic, of what comes up after it fails at loading the program.

Here is the setup of the board. I posted this pic by request by some members.

I would be gratefull for your guys help again. Thanks.

Fixed!

I got my Propeller all fixed now! With some help from some friends on the shoutbox, a multimeter and a fresh battery… I fixed the problem. I figured out that the battery couldn’t supply enough power for the board. So the multimeter figured out the battery was only reading about 5v. So when going on the board and through the regulator, it is only around 2v. So then the board didnt have the required 3.3v it needs. My guess, with some power, it was supplying enough to power the Led, not enough to power the whole thing. So the computer didnt get enough power for the PC to connect and find the prop.

So thanks, now it is time to start working again!
