My mint isnt working. When I charge all day, nothing. When on charger it flashes red & blue while every few moment giving a long beep. After charging, I’ve pressed both sweep & mop button but mint doesn’t move. It make sound like its ready then goes to red again. Please help, I really like my mint.

It seems that the battery or the charger itself would be in cause of the issue.
If the unit is still under warranty, I suggest you contact your supplier directly.
