Matlab question

oh that might be the QP bug which has already been fixed in the latest firmware. I should update the firmware now.
thanks anyway

okay, now I have updated the firmware to version 2.03XE successfully. The ver command in lynxterm returns the right version. But the QP command is still not working!
I tried issuing “QP04”, “QP#04” commands but none returned anything. For your information I am communicating over BlueSmirf at 9600 baud rate. Can anyone write me the exact QP command to query servo at channel 04 for instance please.

Secondly, what could have gone wrong if a servo does not move when given a PW offset command? I tried even the extreme values -90/90. Servo makes a quick jerk when issued the PW offset command, but does not move in any direction. Despite of this, servo is working alright in gait and other motions. But I need to offset it for calibration purposes.

Thanks,
umar

Make sure you have the latest version of LynxTerm. There was a misunderstanding on how LynxTerm handled offsets in earlier versions. The offset is only around 15°. Set the position of the servo in question to 1500, make sure the desired position is less than 15° away, then enter the offset value till the servo is positioned as you want. Now that channel on the SSC-32 is calibrated for the servo connected to it.
