Having very strange issues with login to web site...
userid changes to a bunch of cryptic NON-alphabetic characters every time I attempt to login...
Finally got into site by requesting new password, and clicking on link from email...
what the hack...?!???

In order to help us fix this, do you happen to have any screenshots of that issue? Have you reproduced it - or was it just a one-time thing?
