Just gave litter robot globe a wash and wiped down the base, new filters and fuzzy seals. Put it back together and now globe starts jumping sprockets and won’t move past a certain point without some nudging. It moves about 1/4 of its circumference then starts jumping in place. I don’t feel any oddities in the outside track on the globe or on the sprocket itself and once I nudge it, it completes its cycle with no problems either direction.
It was working just fine before I cleaned it.
Sprockets appear to move normally if I let it run without the globe in place. Any suggestions on why or how to fix? Are parts still available for the bubble style with the window in back?
Hello @L0tus ,
Welcome to RobotShop community.
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Is this a Litter-Robot 2?
Please check the sprocket and make sure it’s fully fastened to the gear shaft since it might be slipping under heavy weight from the globe.
Let us know how it goes.
Sincerely,

Thanks. Sprocket was ok. Figured out it was the broken bubble window. However the bubble was sitting after it popped a couple of rivets
, something was catching. So I just took it out completely. Replaced with some clear plastic. Doesn’t look pretty but no more jumping and my cat still has a window.
