three weeks ago we bougt the litter robto 3, the day before yesterday, the trouble starts.
No moving, nothing.
The yellow cycle light is on, but you can not choose other options.
We would like to ask for technical support, or forreplacement, we need a new base, maybe.
Who may help??

the yellow light is on, no flashing or blinking.
We already did the hard reset several times, nothing will change, the buttons do not work.
What shall we do??

When you press unit gently from top, does the red light turns on?
When you press Cycle, do you hear motor running?
red light is on, but motor sound strange sometimes (Like a starting airplane)

@Marcus_H please remove the globe and check the black gear connected to the motor. When you press on the black gear with your finger, does it seem loose or free‐spinning? If so, please follow the instructions for tightening the set screw, here:
