Litter Robot 3 Pinch Detector Issue

Hi,

I have a litter robot 3 purchased on the 11-08-2020 - Order No 1036965.
We have a continuos flashing yellow light (Pinch Detector Problem)
I have completed the following: -
Removed the “2 metal pins” and cleaned them - not dirty and afterwords checked the continuity between them - OK
Checked the 2 magnets - OK
Cleaned the DFI sensor

Could you please advise what to do next?

Please give us the serial number of the robot. You can find it on the base.

Also, what happens when you press RESET button?

Serial No: - LR3CI152765
Model: LR3C-1000-CE

Once reset is pushed the Blue light flashes On & Off continuously as if litter bin full.

Push reset again and the yellow light flashes continuously but fast blinking

Did you try to unplug your robot for several hours?

This can solve the issue sometimes.

Hi,

I have had the machine turned off for 5 hours now.
I have just turned it on and it went though its startup cycle and the stayed on solid yellow (cycle) for 15 minutes.
I have just turned off and back on again, went though the startup cycle and then the blue light started to flash, I then push reset and the yellow started flashing as per the issue.
