The yellow light on our Litter Robot 3 has been flashing rapidly for the past three days, and the drum has stopped rotating mid-spin. I’ve unplugged it for 15 minutes, removed the drum, and cleaned everything, but nothing has helped. Could the Hall sensor be defective?

If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
