Litter robot 3 - flashing yellow or steady red

Got my LR3 on Jun 2022, worked great for 16 months and then nov 2023 had a DFI problem. We changed that and it has worked great up until May 2025 so another 18 months and now is broken again but out of warranty this time.

I’ve changed the DFI and still receiving the same error (Bonnet removed) and either flashing yellow or a steady red changed the pitchers and still same issue.

Has anyone been able to fix this issue? We’re not ready to let it go after only 4 years (given we had the LR2 for nearly 10)

  • TransferNow or Filemail: Additional options for transferring large files.

3. Use a Video Sharing Service

  • YouTube: Upload the video as “unlisted,” so only people with the link can view it.
  • Vimeo: Another platform to host and share videos.

I’ve just realised that my warranty was 3 years and not 2 like I thought at first (So it expired yesterday and I had already made this post) - would you guy’s be able to send me the parts I need to fix it?

I have already changed the DFI and pinch sensors as I had a back up of them at home (I ordered and paid for one when I had a problem in November 2023 and you guy’s sent me some as well) so I don’t I’m very sure it’s not an DFI or Pinch sensors problem.
