Litter-Robot 3 dump position fault, over torque fault

Hi!

I received my new litter robot 3 last week. It’s giving an error ‘dump position fault’ and “over torque fault” after making a cycle , then it stands and flashes blue yellow red. Any tips? I have reset it but the errors comes back.

The power is pluged-in directly to the wall socket.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Please try to remove the litter from the globe then press the “Reset” button on the robot then unplug for 10 seconds then plug it back in and let the robot cycle.

Let us know if the issue is gone or not.

I did as you wrote, but I still get a error message “over torque fault”

Now I even got “dump position fault” agian
So now it’s the same error message as before.

If the problem persists despite trying everything, probably the robot needs servicing. Let’s see what team robotshop says.

Thank you for the tip but I dont think I have the same issue unfortunately. The cat haven’t been near the robot when it cycle.

It’s unusual for a new robot to have such error.

Please provide us with a video of a cleaning cycle so we can check if there are any visible issues with it.
