Litter robot 3 blue light blinking

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I have a litter robot 3 and since a month the blue light flashing after a cycle even if the waste drawer is empty. I press reset button and the blue light stops flashing but after the next cycle starts flashing again.
I purchased the litter robot 3 in november 2019

Please follow this troubleshooting:

Litter Robot III Connect - Blue Blinking Light

The following troubleshooting should resolve the blue light blinking while the waste drawer is empty. Once resolved, the unit should consistently recognize when your cat visits and cycle accordingly. To troubleshoot the blue blinking: Remove the drawer from the unit and press RESET. If the unit goes to solid blue, press the CYCLE button. The unit should start its cleaning cycle and goes back to solid blue. If it did, the issue must be caused by the drawer liner not being properly tucked into…

I have made several tests, with different bags too but the result is the same. Thed blue light blinking always after the cycle…

Have you done the re-calibration step?

If you didn’t please try it twice.

If you did it once, please try again, because sometimes it doesn’t work from the first time.
