I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description: flashes as full even when empty
Hardware concerned: litter robot 3
Software concerned: N/A
Troubleshooting steps already taken: I have followed the troubleshooting steps in the forum and have had no luck.
Additional information: does not flash when there is no drawer fitted. I have checked and there is no obstruction of the sensors.
