Lawnbott

I am looking for what I think is a magnetoresistive sensor marked 80L.
you can see it here:
nwginc.com/techsupport/motor/chip.jpg

This sensor reads the rpm of the magnet mounted on the end of the axle of a blade motor of robotic lawn mower Evolution LB3200.
I repaired the motor and installed new brushes and the motor runs fine in a test mode, but when I put the machine to work, the motor shuts down in a few seconds and the machine display “blade error”. This means that the motherboard does not get the info from the chip. The chip is chipped at the bottom right corner, so I suspect that it is bad.
If I would be able to buy this chip, I would like to attempt to replace it rather then buying new motor.
Thanks, mironwg

The blade encoder board can also be replaced separately which is much less expensive then replacing the entire motor. We can special order both the old and the new version encoders. You may contact us via our support center and we will provide a quote for you if you are interested.
