When CtC mentioned arcs,
I thought of something that might be considered a stenciled ‘C’ rather than trying to make an arch out of PCB material. The arcs could be single sided and sloted to allow for multiples to be fitted together and have a space inside to allow for electronics.
I know my thought/suggestion is way late to the party, but, it didn’t really hit me until Chris mentioned arcs.
