How is this for a Scout Leg?

godd! so are you going to build a scout?

Not right away, but I am seriously considering it at some point in time. I have other projects that I want to do first, like build one of my hybrid robots. I am also designing a robot that will possibly use the Scout legs, but this will not be a biped. I promise it will be a unique design.

Ok I will admit it. I wanted to assemble two pair of these legs in a “horse” like assembly using a “U” channel, and put a humanoid torso on the front. 8)

Do you read minds now? You would be making a Centaur if you did that. Not quite what I have in mind.

I see great minds think alike! The Scout leg design definitely has possibilities in other forms. Now that I have models of them… Hmmmm…
