Get confusion when making trainable robot

Hey guys!
Im really interested in this robot ( the link below)

I know that to rembember the the moves of robot . I need to store the value in the array of EEPROM

However, i get some problems. The moves does not smooth while I apply the available code in the link
Can any one guild me how to let the move between servo become smoothly

Use key positions. Press a button to record the position, move the robot, press again the button to record the position. Then press a start button to have the robot to play the moves, by going to a position to another, at max speed possible.

You are the only one who answer my question
I control 4 servos, and I would those servos moving smoothly. After setting playmode, the playback is not smooth at all
Do you have any suggestion to solve problem
