Planning on making a Springtrap /Springbonnie recreation and need to find out adout cheap parts and software does anyone have ideas
The original plan is to be to scale at 8 feet tall with motion sensors as to have it shadow the user and have a button for it to switch to remote controll would like to program a jumpscare function

If you are new to robotics I suggest using an Arduino as the “brain” of the robot. For the motion sensors, you could use Infrared Sensors or Ultrasonic Range Finders. I think a good option would be a Passive Infrared Detector but it’s up to you.
I’m not sure what Motors & Actuators are you planning on using but depending of what you use you’ll also need a Motor Controller, some of those allow controlling using a R/C remote, or even Bluetooth or Wifi.
