It’s not clear what you want to achieve. Are you trying to build an animatronic robot head capable of changing facial expressions?

I think the easiest way to make a robot produce a diverse set of facial expression is using a LED or LCD display for the face, because you don’t have to work with complex mechanics and lots of actuators, and it’s easy to change the style of the face.
