Hello Does anyone have any experience in electronics in wearable fabrics Eg l’e’d’s in a pair of gloves . ( possibly for cyclists signalling. )

Please I know there are many such off the shelf applications for cyclists ( non of them work) etc not what I’m after

Lke to know how such garments are designed . Can you buy special components or something to sew in ? Eg set of bright leds in an arrow configuration you can then sew into whatever garment you want ?

any clues to any sources of supply much appreciated

Yes! I suggest checking the Wearable Technology section on the store. I also recommend checking Sparkfun’s Lilypad line which are sewable electronics parts designed to help you build e-textile projects.
