Chopstick Puppy

Firstly ,my special thanks for who chopstick juniours maker lumi and facial led matrix maker dickel.

Robot chassis uniformity and cute image of chopsticks cause me make a chopstick. Her name is Cimcime.I put this name that Cimcime who reminds me my little lost dog. Especially, her tail recall me much. :)

Im a science teacher a middle school. I created a arduino developer team in my school. In the end of term, each of my student going to show their projects in the science fair. In the discussion , the question of “are children's knowledge enough for arduino?” .   I got some experience and I thought it was suitable for children. They perform faster learning in this educational environment that could keep alive their creativity in the education process of coding.

Note: Hips servos weakness caused some problems. If I want to recreate cimcime,i will change it with strong ones.

*4x hd 1160A servo, 6x micro servo

*Atmega 2560 *Arduino IDE

Very cute!

Really happy to see a video of it walking. You might want to play with polymorph to create a face:

thanks for good opinions.İ

thanks for good opinions.İ did her head fastly .If i  buy a 3d printer it will be more beatiful.

Nice work, sir!It’s

Nice work, sir!

It’s impressive what we can do with some simple LED matrices… a lot of fun and personality! (And thanks for mentioning me.)

That tail is also very cool! I also made a puppy some time ago… not functional as yours, but with a tail feature (take a look: https://www.robotshop.com/letsmakerobots/node/42300).

BTW, what a nice team you have!

thx dickel ! i agree with

thx dickel ! i agree with you. Impressive is bigger than hardware. My students are (especially some of them) learning fast unexpected . In fact she talks 30+ words but after the science fair cimcime get sick.(cuz I put it in small box so articulations had broken ) - in this video , she didnt exhibit her skill well. Anyway childs enjoyed this puppy, and this enjoyin brought to us arduino love.

Cool project do you have any
