Botley 2.0 only turns in circles

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: Botly 2.0 Robot will constantly turn in slow circles to the left as soon as it is turned on in either mode. Any time the robot is turned on, the right wheel slowly turns.

Hardware concerned: Botley 2.0 Coding Robot

Troubleshooting steps already taken: Wheels can move freely. Replaced batteries, paired remote, set on a straight, black line in line mode.

Same issue. I have written to customer support. No help at all.
