Big request, SES with 3D studio max (.3ds files)?

I don’t even know how to use the SES 3-D models I’ve tried alibre design many times and haven’t been successful in creating a setup. The totorials don’t make much sense to me either

So far, the designing of the entire lower body of my robot is completed. What can I do in return ?

edit: would it be possible to get a servo horn? currently im using a cylinder that I just guessed would be the size and the thickness is way off. it doesnt have to have any holes, as long as the size is ok.
