Since my first (and ongoing) project (https://www.robotshop.com/letsmakerobots/node/36345) isn't technically a robot because it relies on various methods of RC Control, I decided to work my way up the evolutionary chain so-to-speak. After a couple of unsuccessful BEAMbot attempts I realized I had all the components to build this "BeetleBot" based almost word for word on this instructable- http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Build-a-Robot-The-BeetleBot-v2-Revisite/ The only hangout came because the tutorial wasn't very clear about soldering both the positive and negative ends of the battery pack to the motors. Once I figured this out it worked like a charm!
