Its too expensive, since the projecet should be simple and open for anyone. Can we lower the price a little ? Maybe if i choose these motors ?https://www.robotshop.com/en/ghm-13-spur-gear-head-motor.html
If you take a look at the motor controllers which accepts R/C input (dual only since you want to control two motors), you’ll see the minimum amount you’ll need to spend. You’ll also need at least a two channel RC system.
Hm i looked on that up and ive chosen these

is it okay ?
is there any chance that i can use my old remote controller which i showed in previous post on photos ?
So it makes cca 130€ withou camera if i cant use my old remote controller maybe i can lower price if i make robot controlled by bluetooth so i buy arduino uno 20€ instead of 55€ for new remote controller. If i do this i can control robot by bluetooth from my phone and camera maybe will be wirelessly connected on laptop or tablet. What do you think ?
The motors consume ~500mA at the rated load, and the motor controller you selected can provide up to 3A per channel, so that’s a good fit.
However, the controller you chose is a shield and requires an Arduino Uno. It won’t be easy to add an RC remote to that setup if you’re new to coding.
Your idea of Bluetooth control is good, but you’ll need to search for or create a Bluetooth App, as well as program the microcontroller.
Do you have any guides on site or somewhere about programming arduino uno fro bluetooth controlling ? doeasnt matter which arduino uno i choose ? robotshop.com/en/catalog/pro … are/index/
Ill be in touch when it arrives, maybe i will need some more help thank you
Since motor controller is unavailable till 22.10 i was looking at that application that u linked and i found out that ifbi buy classic arduino unobi will probably need this
robotshop.com/en/dfrobot-ser … odule.html
But then there is bluetooth arduino uno
robotshop.com/en/bluno-ardui … oller.html
So if i buy bluetooth arduino uno will it work withou bluetooth module ? So if i buy actuators controller bluetooth arduino uno will it be everything that i need ?
Indeed - certain microcontrollers like the one you linked to have built-in Bluetooth, so no need for a separate module.
However for actuators, you will still need a separate motor controller.

yeah but this is unavailable till 22.10 so i have to wait till i order everything -motors, motor controller and microcontroller.
I am struggling hard with the wireless camera tho, cant find anything that would be perfect. It should be small, able to live stream video to pc or android tablet and maybe below 50€.
If you find something, do tell us.
Hello i havent find really anything (except ebay or aliexpress i heard that its risky so i have it as last option) im desperate
No camera can fit wifi, battery powered or chargable, prize below 50€.Can u help me with it ? also shipping to EU,Slovakia
We don’t really know of any WiFi camera options in that price range. Perhaps someone from the community has some ideas.
So i have ordered this camera we wil know more when it arrives

but today arrived my package from robotshop including

I will need help with set up. I know how to connect motors to motor controller but about rest im not sure
I have 2 battery holders from old rc cars which are on pics that i can hopefully use they also have power switch, and i have bunch of old cables from cars too.
i found this scheme for my motor controller but i dont really understand it
dfrobot.com/wiki/images/thum … 0002_6.png
i can try to connect everything as it is displayed there but im not sure, also what is that thing on the right ?
The image showing the wiring is basically everything you need. Don’t really care about the device on the right though.
If you want to understand why everything is wired to what, you’ll need to read through the manual of the controller, and understand Arduino (hardware and software).
how will cables hold in green pins on microcontroller ? so i guess the next step will be programming it, maybe hardest thing for me so i will need help with that , and next making robot body which i can handle
can i get them at pc shop ?
