I need some Help about PIC16F74-I/P . This PIC is not exist in the Component-Library of ISIS.
in this case, i can not find any program sample for the PIC. Has anybody experiences with this PIC ?
send me a simple program-sample, the rest i can do it..
program-sample about register settings - include files - and oscilator XT settings

The Cytron EduBot2 uses the PIC16F877. Thhe code is quite EduBot specific. If you can’t fild the source code I can post what I have. I use Linux so my build environment may be different. I also have no desire to revisit this project!

This has links to all of the older IDE’s, compilers and utilities. This has the OLDER MPLAB IDE and the Hitec compiler. That compiler has examples if I remember correctly.

You will have to register to be able to get the IDE and compilers, but that are free to get and use.
There is also some pic support with the SDCC compiler, and gputils.
Do you have a programmer? I have the Chinese close of the Pickit2 and Pickit3. They both work with the IDE’s and tools from Microchip.
I am a Linux user as well, but use both the older MPLAB and the newer MPLAB X. All of the older windows tools run fine under Wine in Linux.
