Really alarming. If the intention behind a war is mass killing of innocent civilians, then using AI is the right choice! identifying human forms and targeting them with missiles will be an effective way of ethnic cleansing in a particular area.The fault is not in the technology, but in human minds who uses it. I am only in support of using technologies for the good of humankind.
