Sewer lines might be the ultimate out of sight, out of mind – but Butte city crews say inspecting them is critical to make sure the sewer systems are working correctly. “We’re inspecting our one of our sewer lines,” said Justin Thatcher with Metro and Sewer Treatment. "Just to see the general condition of the line as far as cracks, breaks and root problems. " Inspections happen daily. Workers look for anything that can block sewer lines.
