How many amps does the Hitec 645MG pull when under load and even stalled? I am designing a controller board and I need to know what kind of power system I should use. Thanks.

usaly they specify That the second amperage is when it’s at stall point… Exept for this I don’t know how I could help you. 
No that’s the running current. 350mA is no where near stall current. The FET in the output stage is rated for 2.5amps I believe. The stall current for this servo is over an amp.
I thought that 350mA was really small…
