We are working on a 32-bit ARM robot controller board and thought it might be of interested to folks on the forum. We launched a Kickstarter a few days ago. Check it out and let us know what you think: http://kck.st/15JXHqv
Really interesting
Really interesting board.
Will there be another version with a beefier motor-driver? Something like the VNH3SP30 perhaps?
Really Interesting Board…
However, with the New BeagleBone Black out, I think it’s going to face quite a tough competition. For once, the Beagle has more GPIO than your board (even though if it’s not 5V tolerant, 5V tolerance can be added by buying a MOSFET for 10 cents in India).
Aithon board
Thanks for the comments. When we were designing it, we tried to find a balance between high-current drivers and cost. I think the MC33932 turned out to be the best compromise.
The libraries are built on top of the RTOS.
