Two Summit County nursing home facilities are using robots to deliver meals, clean trays and even sing “Happy Birthday” to residents. The robots are part of a pilot program facilitated by the Direction Home Akron Canton Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities to help alleviate staffing shortages.
