iRobot is 20 years old!

The RobotShop team wishes a happy birthday to its partner, iRobot, which is celebrating its 20th birthday this year! iRobot is the world leader in vacuum robots and is also actively involved in floor-washing robots, robots which clean swimming pools as well as industrial and military robots. The company has sold 5 million Roomba over the last 7 years and just recently sold its 3000th tactical robot, Packbot. iRobot was founded in 1990 by Rodney Brooks, Colin Angle and Helen Greiner. iRobot Corp. is a NASDAQ company listed under the IRBT symbol. We wish it a happy birthday!
