iRobot enters partnership with Jabil Circuit

The company iRobot has just signed a partnership with electronics manufacturer Jabil Circuit. The agreement concerns manufacturing services. Jabil will produce and test iRobot's consumer goods, which also includes the robot vacuum Roomba. Jeffrey Beck, branch manager of iRobot's domestic robots, states that this agreement will allow better geographical presence locally in the world in addition to meeting the increasing demand of iRobot's products. Jabil's production line is present in 22 countries. The company is listed on the New York stock exchange under the JBL symbol. iRobot Corporation is listed on the Nasdaq under the IRBT symbol.
