I am looking to wire the Lynxmotion PS2 Controller receiver into my Raspberry Pi 3B, to use with retropie. I have a 3.5" display that occupies about 2/3rds of the GPIO pins, so I’m looking for assistance as to how to hook up the receiver and if there are any “drivers” or software I would need to make that work with emulation station?

@darkangel Welcome to the RobotShop Community. Lynxmotion doesn’t have any official guides for connecting a PS2 to a Raspberry Pi. The easier method would be to opt for a wired PS2 controller which connects via USB. If you want to go wireless, there are some PS2 (receiver) to USB adapter boards out there still. If you really want to connect the pins of the receiver to the Pi’s IO, there are some guides out there, including but not limited to:
