THIS IS SIMPLE LINE FOLLOWER ROBOT.. WITHOUT USE OF ANY MICRO CONTROLERS OR PROCESSORS.

ITS TOO EASY AND CHEAP TO MAKE AS IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY PROGRAMMING AND ANY SPECILAISED DESIGNING.

I RECOMMEND THIS FOR THOSE WHO ARE MAKING THEIR FIRST ROBOT EVER!

COMPONENTS NEEDED:

IR SENSORS(2 PAIR)
VARIABLE RESISTANCE(PRESET - 20K)
RESISTORS(10K,220Ω)
BREADBOARD/PCB
TWO DC GATE MOTORS(100rpm)
1 CASTER WHEEL(ckeck spelling of caster)
ICs USED:

LM-324
ULN-2803(Motor driver)
7805(Volt. Regulator)

FOLLOWS BLACK LINE.

Actuators / output devices: Two 100 rpm MOtors, LEDs etc
Control method: automatic
CPU: NO CPU, HENCE NO PROGRAMMING
Power source: A 12V BATTERY IS SUFFIENT(These batteries are usually present in UPS)
Programming language: NO PROGRAMMING
Sensors / input devices: 2 IR Sensors
Target environment: Smooth surfaces.
