CESAR (Cloud Enabled Systems Agriculture Robot)

Hello Robot Community, I have been working with RC for over thirty years and have been involved in unmanned aerial and ground systems since around 2006. They have been used for a mixture of projects from cinema to agriculture. This is my first foray into more domestic type robotics. I am starting CESAR, pronounced like Ceaser, the Cloud Enabled Systems Agriculture Robot. The purpose of CESAR is to be able to remote teleprecense in order to assist some friends of mine that want to start a farm. They have less experience and so this is a way for me to assist them even though they live 350 miles away. I will be using a Jazzy Jet 2 that I was able to be able to find on craigslist. I am making a few decisions. I will be posting in the forum for assistance and to share information our build. This will be an open source project. Thank you and I look forward to posting our progress
