Introduction

I have been working on my most recent robot project build. His name is BIGFOOT. The mechanical aspects are pretty much done now I am stepping into the electrical aspects which involves waterproof wiring and circuitry enclosures and sensor integration etc. This project is still in progress and I am currently testing out the robustness of the drive platform.

Unmanned Ground Vehicle

  • Control method: Radio control while developing
  • Power source: 2x 12V 18Ah sealed lead acid batteries in series to make 24V
  • Target environment: indoor, outdoor
