Introduction

This is my current project called Mini Corvo where, together with my team, I create combat robots so that we can compete within Brazil, the robot was entirely designed and modeled by me and some parts are missing for it to be ready, a combat robot consists of two robots enter an arena and are remotely controlled and the robot that gives but damage wins.

Mechanical Design

A mechanical part of the robot was made bringing together all the errors that we have already had with other projects and improving so that the errors do not happen again, first it was the part of the robot’s shape, from there I did the 3D printing and finally the machining.

The machining was done by a company that sponsors us, the chassis is made entirely of UHMW polymer, and the claws are made of Aluminum 6061.

The robot already has all the mechanical parts designed and I am currently waiting for the rest of the parts that were machined by our sponsors to arrive.
