Tractor controlled by a cell phone in India

Two Indian students habe had fun developing a farm tractor which can be steered only by using a cell phone. The tractor has a video camera and sensors which allow it to stop in an emergency if it detects an obstacle or human in front of it. Everything is controlled remotely via the phone: the accelerator, transmission, brakes.
