SCOUT Dr Robot: a WiFi mobile development Robotic Platform

We've received a new mobile development platform from Dr Robot: the Wifi Scout. This platform is particularly suitable for remote monitoring which also requires the manipulation of objects. It is powered by two 12-volt motors, has WiFi, a color screen, audio, 6 infrared distance sensors, 3 ultrasonic rangefinders, 2 arms with 5 degrees of freedom and two 3800mAh batteries with a battery life of 3 hours.
