NAO robots playing soccer at the CeBIT of Hanover

Posted on 03/03/2010 by vabry
Nao Hanover The High-Tech fair CeBIT 2010 is currently on in Hanover, Germany. The 4 robots from the University of Bremen (Germany), Rajesh, Penny, Sheldon and Leonard, are all 60 cm high and are members of the soccer team that won the Robot Football World Cup in Austria in 2009. These small humanoids use the soccer field lines (white on green) and the orange ball as markers to shoot into the opposing net. You will notice that these are NAO Robots that have been modified by the French Company, Aldebaran Robotics.
