Electro-Lux Bio-Robot Refrigerator

Electrolux has unveiled the concept of a bio robot refrigerator at the Electrolux 2010 Design Lab, which is generating chatter in the blogosphere. The idea of this cooler robot is based on a luminescent biopolmyer gel which surrounds individual items of food. The optimum cooling temperature of each item is controlled by the robot. This refrigerator has no door. As well as being environmentally-friendly, its futuristic design is pretty nice to look at. via yanko design
