What kit is suitable

I use an assmbly kit for our graduate intake to test for team skills to build something. we have used Knex up to now but i want a more robotic based assembly kit for them to assemble.

We need something that Graduates can assemble in 45 minutes with 10 mins to get it working. Its mainly to see how they interact as a team but need something that can be assembled fairly quickly.

any ideas?

You may want to have a look at complete robotic kits targeted at education then.

Something like the mBot may be of interest to you, though it most likely would not take 45 minutes to assemble.
