UK Maker Faire 2013

Ok i guess this is a good place to post to. I am considering registering for the upcoming Brighton Mini Maker Faire.

which will be on the weekend of 7th/8th September 2013.
Applications may be made up to 7th June 2013. (oh, and it’s indoors )
Ill be travelling from Cambridge if anyone is local and is also attending.

I have a number of projects im taking with me including the Animatronic Birds!

Hi, I will see if I can make it along too.

I attended the Maker Faire in Newcastle a couple of times and really enjoyed demonstrating my robots to the crowds.

One tip is to bring someone else with you to take turns manning your stall as you can get pretty knackered standing all day (plus you don’t get to spend as much time wandering the other stalls as you would like!)

Yes unfortunataly when i heard of the one in Newcastle it was to late.

Thanks for the Tip. Yes i would be planning to take someone with me so i can have a good wander about myself.
