i have conected the "next step pbasic 2 " to the pc
i get this “basic stamp 2 detected but not responding”
what can be the problem ???

Wow that’s a blast from the past. We haven’t supported the BS2 for years as we no longer use it in any of our products. I will try to help you though. Are you using a serial port, or a usb to serial cable? What operating system are you using?
