Temperature probe

I’m looking for a temperature probe with I2C communication. The supply voltage must be 3.3V and must work in an agriculture environment. Can somebody help me?

I think the SHT20 I2C Temperature & Humidity Sensor (Waterproof Probe) is also a good choice. This one runs at 3.3/5V. The prob is waterproof.

And if you wish to use the one-wire communication protocol, you can think about DS18B20. It has a waterproof probe version too. Introduction to DS18B20 - The Engineering Projects
