tank and hex

I am now in the mid part of creating a tank that will, upon arriving at its destination, deploy a hexpod to gather a model rocket for retrieval… 8)

The hexpod is a ses setup with a standard setup except for the mid c bracket is a long one, so the hex can stand higher…also may incorperate long c brackets at the first joint for swept leg formation to allow for tight storage space inside the tank… :slight_smile:

tank is running on a r/c setup as works great hex is just in the first stages of walking out the bugs… 8)

I know this is not the place, but I remember you were having trouble with the PowerPod program and getting your hexapod working. Remember because you are making “custom” legs you will need to go into the basic atom program and enter the exact dimensions of your legs. The Femur will need to be made longer, and I think I remember they are in mm, not inches. This is required to make the robot walk the perfectly. Good luck with your project.
